Free listing, decided on merit
Listing on SaaS Helms is free. We decide which tools to list and rank using our public rubric, not payment. Sponsored placements are separate, labelled and never change a score.
What we need from you
- Your tool's website and pricing page. We take prices only from your own pricing page, in ₹ where you sell in ₹.
- Which category it belongs to.
- India details: GST invoicing and e-invoice, Tally sync, WhatsApp, PF/ESI (for HR and payroll tools), data location, support hours in IST and languages.
- Integrations and your API docs, if you have them.
- Security and compliance documents you publish, such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
- A work email on your tool's domain, so we can verify you.
Criteria and timelines
We list a tool when:
- it is live, with a public website;
- it sells to businesses in India (or, for global lists, to small businesses worldwide);
- it fits a category's core job;
- there is enough public information to score it.
Timelines:
- We reply to every submission within 10 working days.
- Accepted tools are added to the category hub (/{category}/).
- Ranked lists are re-scored every quarter. We consider new tools for a list at the next quarterly re-rank.
- A profile stays out of search results until we have written our verdict and verified pricing.
Already listed? Claim your profile
- Search for your tool. Use the search box at the top of any page.
- Open your profile and select "Claim free" next to "Compiled by SaaS Helms".
- Verify your domain email. We send a link to an address on your tool's domain; open it within 48 hours.
- Confirm or correct your details. We check each change against your website, then publish it with "Details confirmed by vendor · {date}".
Claiming is free and never changes a score, rank or our text.

No. Listing and claiming are free. Paid placements are separate and optional, and they don't affect whether we list you or how we score you.
No. Claiming lets you confirm facts. If a confirmed fact changes a criterion, for example we can now confirm e-invoice support, the score is recalculated with the published weights, the same as for any correction.
New profiles stay out of search results until we have written our own verdict and verified the pricing. This keeps thin pages out of the index.
