CampusCare 10X covers registration and admission enquiries, fee billing with UPI integration and demand bills, a Tally app integration for fee accounting, exams and report cards, timetable and academic calendar, transport with GPS, library, hostel and inventory, and staff payroll with retirals.
Its CBSE tooling is the deepest we found: a CBSE-aligned question bank, the holistic progress card, an SQAAF module and NEP 2020 support. The CampusCare 10X app gives parents attendance, results, homework, notices, fee updates and transport tracking, and updates also go out on SMS, email and WhatsApp.
Entab publishes support timings, which many rivals don't: tech support from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM and a parent helpdesk from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Kochi. Its site says it has worked with 2,500+ institutions over 25+ years, and its case studies include a 52-school network.
