Our verdict on Kickserv
Based on Kickserv's documentation and pricing page, Kickserv is the cheapest way on our field service list to put five people on one system with QuickBooks Online sync. Start costs $60 a month for five users, about ₹5,698 at ₹94.97 per dollar, or $12 a head. Run costs $119 a month for 10 users and Scale $199 a month for 20. The page says annual billing saves 20% but doesn't show the annual dollar figures, so ask for them if you plan to pay yearly.
Start lists an embeddable contact form, automated email and text reminders, more than 20 business reports, time tracking, expense tracking and QuickBooks Online. Run adds dispatch mapping, GPS check-ins, custom data fields and custom reports, with QuickBooks Desktop at $50 a month extra. Scale adds custom templates; its feature list looked cut off on the page, so there may be more.
The gap is what the page leaves out. Scheduling, estimates, invoicing, a price book, a customer portal and recurring jobs are not listed against any plan. We score only what the vendor shows, so these count against Kickserv until confirmed. Use the 30-day trial, the longest on our list, to run a full job from request to paid invoice before you commit.
There is one pricing quirk worth knowing. The Kickback programme cuts the monthly fee by 5% when your online payments pass a monthly minimum: $1,000 on Start, $2,000 on Run and $3,000 on Scale, multiplied by 12 on annual plans. Support is by phone on 888.805.8905 and by email at support@kickserv.com; hours are not published. A link to open API documentation appears on the page without a plan attached.
Kickserv scores 6.8/10 and ranks #5 of 10 on our field service list. Its value score (8.5) is second only to ServiceM8, and it loses ground on integrations and on features we could not confirm. It fits a three-to-five-person shop on QuickBooks Online that wants a month to evaluate. If you need a price book or customer portal confirmed in writing before you start, look at Housecall Pro or Workiz.

Kickserv has no free plan. It offers a 30-day free trial, the longest on our field service list. The cheapest plan is Start at $60 a month for five users.
Not confirmed. Kickserv's pricing page lists prices in US dollars before sales tax and does not mention Indian GST or GST invoices. The ≈ ₹ figures on this page are a currency conversion for budgeting. If you buy from India, ask the vendor what invoice it issues and check with your accountant how GST applies to imported software.
No Tally integration is listed on Kickserv's pricing page. It lists QuickBooks Online from Start, and QuickBooks Desktop for $50 a month on Run and Scale. If your books are in Tally, plan to move invoice data across yourself, and confirm any connector with the vendor before you buy.
