Swipe Review: pricing, features & India fit (2026)

Based on Swipe's documentation and pricing page, Swipe billing software gives the most GST billing per rupee on our list, and it ranks first. The FREE plan allows unlimited bills on multiple devices. PRO, at ₹2,799 a year (₹3,303 incl. GST, which Swipe prints on the plan), adds GSTR-1 and 40+ reports, online payment collection, inventory, custom invoice templates, no watermark and an admin plus one user. JET, at ₹3,799 a year, adds unlimited e-way bills, batch and expiry tracking, serial and IMEI numbers, POS billing on the web and multiple price lists. Those are among the lowest published prices for e-way bills that we found.

E-invoicing sits on its own plan: ₹6,799 a year (₹8,023 incl. GST), which adds unlimited and one-click bulk e-invoicing on top of JET. An Advanced tier, priced on request, covers multiple businesses or branches, multiple warehouses, Excel bulk invoicing, exports and SEZ billing in other currencies, an online store, digital signatures and recurring invoices, with Tally, Shopify, API and WhatsApp (Wati, Interakt) integrations as add-ons.

Swipe runs on the web, Android and iOS from one account, and shares invoices on WhatsApp and email with automatic reminders, so a customer can pay from the link. Razorpay and Shiprocket connections are listed.

Where it falls short is support and assurance. Swipe gives a phone number and promises a reply within two hours during business hours, but does not publish those hours. It publishes no security certification or data-location statement, so its security score is the default. And it is cloud-only: we found no offline or desktop mode, which matters for a counter with patchy internet.

Choose Swipe if you bill from a phone or browser, want e-way bills on a small budget and can rely on internet. Choose Vyapar if you need billing to keep working offline, or Zoho Books if you want full double-entry accounting in the same tool.
