Based on eresource's documentation and pricing page (prices are on request; there is no public price list), eresource ERP is a Mumbai-based vendor's ERP sold as one business licence with unlimited users. It ranks #9 on our ERP list at 5.9/10. Its current website no longer uses the 'Infinity' name.
The product is split into industry editions. Xcel covers discrete manufacturing and BPro covers process manufacturing such as pharma, chemicals and food. Nfra serves construction, eTrade serves trading and 3GL serves logistics. The site lists MRP, multi-level BOM and shop-floor management, GST e-invoicing, CRM, HRMS and mobile approvals, which is why Features scores 8.0. eresource says it has served clients since 2006, publishes a six-stage implementation method and has city pages for Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Noida.
The unlimited-user licence is the main commercial argument. If 50 people need to log in, per-user ERPs get expensive quickly, and a flat licence removes that maths. But because no price is published, we cannot tell you whether the flat fee is good value, so Value in INR scores 4.0.
The other gaps: the home page does not mention e-way bills or job work, no security certification is named, and the site lists phone, email and WhatsApp chat but no support hours. There is no self-serve trial, and Ease of use scores 4.0.
